The Student Elections Committee is appointed by the leadership of the Student Government Association, the Association of Residence Halls, and the Black Student Union. The Student Elections Committee is charged with administering fair elections, appointing the Student Elections Manager, and ruling upon all elections grievances. Ultimately, the Student Elections Committee is responsible for enforcement of the Student Elections Code.
The 2008 Student Elections Committee meets every Thursday from January 31 - April 10 from 5pm-6:30pm in the Faculty/Staff Commons Conference Room, located in the Bone Student Center.

The Student Elections Manager is appointed by the Student Elections Committee to serve as the principal administrator for the student elections process. The Student Elections Manager is responsible for receiving petitions, coordinating elections promotional efforts, and performing other duties as assigned by the Student Elections Committee.
