RSO Online Registration/ICS System

Before beginning online registration, obtain your ICS (online RSO management system) login and password.  If you do not have your RSO login, or you are creating a new RSO, contact the Student Involvement Center.

Step #1:  Login to ICS as a “Club” at and update your RSO information:

• Change your password (“Maintenance” folder).
• Enter all members in your organization (“Membership” folder/”Member List”).  Click on “New” to add new members.  Add your advisor as a member.  You must have at least five members and at least one full-time faculty or staff advisor listed in ICS.
• Assign your officers (“Membership folder”/“Officer List”).  Click on “Edit” next to the office title.  Select the current officer from the scroll-down member list. You must assign at least a president/chair and an advisor.
• Complete the Advisor Info section (“Membership folder”/”Advisor Info”).
• Update the “Modify Website” folder.  This information will be public so make sure it is appropriate for external audiences, as well as informative.  Include at least your motto or purpose statement.

Step #2:  Complete the online registration in ICS (“Registration” folder/“Renew Registration ”). You will need an electronic version of your current organization constitution to complete this section.  Once your constitution is located, click “Add New Document” prior to moving to the next page.

Step #3:  Organizations must also attend a mandatory orientation (contact the Student Involvement Center to set up a session) and submit President and Advisor signature pages.
