How to register as a registered student organization (RSO) at Illinois State University

1. Obtain ICS (online RSO management system) login and password.  Contact Student Involvement Center for assistance, if needed.
2. Complete online registration.
3. Provide an electronic constitution, with a ratification date, in the online registration system (sample constitution & guidelines).
4. Contact the Student Involvement Center to setup an RSO orientation.
5. Submit Signature Pages for president and advisor.

Important registration dates

• August 17, 2009 - RSO registration opens
• September 25, 2009 - Fall RSO registration closes at 4:30 p.m.
• October 5, 2009 - RSO registration reopens
• May 2010 (last day of class) - RSO registration closes for the summer
