The Safe Zone Learning Library is an area where Safe Zone members and others can access GLBT-related resources. Included in this section is the Safe Zone resource manual. This manual contains many resources related to GLBT development, Ally development, homophobia, coming out, bisexuality, transgender issues, as well as many web and library resources. Also included in the Learning Library are two documents about GLBT student development. Most GLBT individuals go through a complicated process of identity development and coming to terms with who they are. Please keep in mind that not all GLBT students will fit into these stages. Be sure not to pigeonhole GLBT students and do remember to recognize each student as a unique individual.
