Annual Off-Campus Housing Fair

Meet representatives from local apartment complexes and get information about apartments. Also, get your questions answered about off-campus life and leases by meeting with staff from Off-Campus Student Services and Legal Services.

Educational Workshops

Learn about the rights and responsibilities when moving off-campus. Some of the topics include: leases, security deposits, living within the Bloomington-Normal community, conflict resolution, and subleasing. Bring your leases with you before you sign them and let the staff from Off-Campus Student Services and Legal Services review the information and answer any of your questions.
