Table Tent Guidelines

Campus Dining Centers

  1. Table tents must be approved by Campus Dining Services in the John Green Building.
  2. Table tents should be no larger that 4.25”x11” unfolded (4.25”x5.5” folded).
  3. Table tents must be on recycled paper.  This paper cannot be of a porous type or a color that will bleed on the tables when wet.
  4. Table tents must have the recycle logo and/or the words “Printed on recycled paper.”
  5. The group represented will be responsible for setting up the table tents when the dining centers are open.  Table tents will be removed after the dinner meal each Saturday or when they become dirty and/or torn.
  6. Table tents are for the purpose of registered student organizations (RSOs) or approved departments.
  7. Table tents must be of interest to all segments of the student body.
  8. Table tents are NOT for the purpose of advertising for any external (non-university) companies, products, etc.
  9. Table tents are not to be used for political campaigning.

College of Business – Lower Atrium tables

  1. Table tents must measure no larger than 4.25”x5.5” folded.
  2. Items submitted for posting should be of interest to College of Business students and reflect the mission and Standards for Professional Behavior outlined by the College of Business.
  3. Posting of table tents requires prior approval of the COB Dean’s Office room 401.
